With The Pyramid Collection Rewards, you have everyday access to these money-saving benefits, subject to the limits and details stated below:

  • Unlimited 10% Cash Back on eligible purchases from our Platinum Brands
  • 5% Cash Back on purchases from 1,500+ MarketPlace retailer and Everyday Savings, up to $1,000 in the aggregate per 12-month membership period
  • Unlimited Standard Shipping rebates on purchases from our Platinum Brands
  • Unlimited Return Shipping rebates up to $10 per order on purchases from our Platinum Brands
  • Shipping rebates up to $10 per order at MarketPlace retailers, up to $500 in the aggregate per 12-month membership period
  • Return Shipping rebates up to $10 per order at MarketPlace retailers, up to $500 in the aggregate per 12-month membership period.

Your membership is non-transferable; however, the savings benefits are available to purchases made by you and your immediate family. “Immediate family" means you, your spouse or partner and your children living in your home who are permanent residents and at least 18 years old or age of majority. There is a limit of one membership per household. In addition, membership benefits are only available to personal, non-commercial purchasers. Any order that is deemed a commercial (non-personal) use or high-volume/reseller order, in our sole discretion, will not be eligible for membership benefits. Registration is currently available to residents of the United States (excluding Iowa) and its territories (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and consumers with APO/FPO addresses. You may only participate in one rewards or membership program associated with any of the Platinum Brands

Platinum Brands are subject to change without notice. You can shop online, over the phone, or by mail order and earn 10% Cash Back on every purchase from our Brands!

How to receive 10% Cash Back

You can shop online, over the phone, or by mail order and earn 10% Cash Back on every purchase from our Platinum Brands! Simply shop at Platinum Brands as you normally would and submit a rebate claim with valid proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 10% Cash Back. Visit the Rebates page to submit a claim online or mail your claim for 10% Cash Back. When you fill in the claim form in the Rebate Center, we'll ask you to enter the total amount of your purchase at one of our Platinum Brands. We will automatically calculate the cash back percentage you qualify for. Visit the Rebates page to submit a claim online or fill out a rebate claim and mail your claim for 10% Cash Back. Your purchase total is the amount of your final, qualifying purchase after all discounts or promo codes are applied.

You can earn 10% Cash Back on your in-store, online (not through the The Pyramid Collection Rewards portal), phone, and mail order purchases, too. Simply shop at Platinum Brand and submit a rebate claim with valid proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 10% Cash Back. Visit the Rebates page to submit a claim online or fill out a rebate form and mail your claim for 10% Cash Back.

Limits & Details:

Pyramid Collection orders made 60 days prior to your active member date are eligible for 10% Cash Back. To qualify for other 10% Cash Back, you must be an active The Pyramid Collection Rewards member at the time of your purchase. Only merchandise purchases from our Platinum Brands are eligible for 10% Cash Back. Gift card purchases, money orders as well as purchases using a brand's bill-pay service are not eligible for 10% Cash Back. Pyramid Collection purchases made on third-party sites are not eligible for 10% Cash Back. All purchases must be made directly from our Platinum Brands to qualify for 10% Cash Back.

5% Cash Back at MarketPlace Retailers

As a member, you can also earn 5% Cash Back on your purchases from 1,500+ retailers in the MarketPlace, up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period by shopping at those retailers. You can shop online, over the phone, or by mail order and earn 5% Cash Back on purchases from our MarketPlace retailers!

How to receive 5% Cash Back through the The Pyramid Collection Rewards portal

Shop online through the The Pyramid Collection Rewards portal to earn 5% Cash Back automatically. If you shop at MarketPlace retailers outside the The Pyramid Collection Rewards portal, whether online, in-store, or by mail order, your 5% Cash Back will not be automatic. However, you can still submit a rebate claim to earn 5% Cash Back on those purchases. Your purchase subtotal is the amount of your final, qualifying purchase after all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include taxes, shipping charges, or any other fees added at checkout. When your purchase ships, your automatic cash back earnings will appear on your Savings page within approximately 5-7 days.

Shopping through the The Pyramid Collection Rewards portal:

  1. Sign into your The Pyramid Collection Rewards account.
  2. On your main menu, click “Shop,” then “Shop MarketPlace.”
  3. Find a retailer in the MarketPlace and click through our links to shop online.
  4. After you click “Shop Now,” the retailer's website will open in a new window. Complete your purchase in the new window to earn 5% Cash Back automatically.

When your purchase ships, your automatic Cash Back earnings will appear on your Savings page within approximately 5-7 days.

How to receive 5% Cash Back outside of the The Pyramid Collection Rewards portal

You can earn 5% Cash Back on your in-store, online (not through the The Pyramid Collection Rewards portal), phone, and mail order purchases, too. Simply shop at an eligible MarketPlace retailer and submit a rebate claim with valid proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 5% Cash Back. Visit the Rebates page to submit a claim online or you can mail your proof-of-purchase instead for 5% Cash Back.

Submit your claim online:

  2. On your main menu, click “Rebates.”
  3. Select the “5% Cash Back” rebate type and enter your purchase information.

To qualify for 5% Cash Back, you must be an active The Pyramid Collection Rewards member at the time of your purchase. Only purchases made at eligible MarketPlace retailers qualify for 5% Cash Back. The 5% Cash Back is valid on merchandise only. MarketPlace retailers are subject to change without notice. You can view the current list of eligible retailers by visiting the MarketPlace from your member account. Simply click “Shop” on your main menu, then “Shop MarketPlace” from the dropdown.

Online MarketPlace retailers labeled “Rebate Required” are not eligible for automatic 5% Cash Back. You'll need to submit a rebate claim to receive 5% Cash Back on purchases from these retailers. One purchase per retailer per day is eligible for 5% Cash Back. Purchases of gift cards and money orders, as well as purchases using a retailer's bill-pay service, are not eligible for 5% Cash Back. You are eligible to earn a maximum of $1,000 in Cash Back every 12-month membership period from Everyday Savings and MarketPlace purchases combined. Additional restrictions may apply for each participating retailer. To view restrictions for a specific retailer, visit the online MarketPlace and click to view that retailer's page. Any orders returned or cancelled will not be eligible for 5% Cash Back.

5% Cash Back with Everyday Savings

As a member, you can also earn 5% Cash Back on purchases or services at retailers outside of the MarketPlace, up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period.

Earn savings on purchases made in the following categories:

  • Grocery
  • Restaurants, dining, takeout
  • Travel
  • Pet purchases and services (grooming, daycare, vet, etc.)
  • Home services (lawn care, repairs, maintenance)
  • Car services (repairs, maintenance, etc.)
  • Beauty services (hair care, nail care, etc.)

How to receive 5% Cash Back with Everyday Savings

Simply shop and submit a rebate claim with valid proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 5% Cash Back with Everyday Savings. Visit the Rebates page to submit a claim online or mail your claim for 5% Cash Back. This 5% Cash Back amount is based on the subtotal of your final, qualifying purchase amount (minus taxes and fees) after any and all discounts or other offers from the store, service provider, or any other parties are applied.

  2. On your main menu, click “Rebates.”
  3. Select the “5% Cash Back” rebate type and enter your purchase information.

To qualify for 5% Cash Back, you must be an active The Pyramid Collection Rewards member at the time of your purchase. Gift card purchases, money orders as well as purchases using a retailer's bill-pay service, taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are not included in your 5% Cash Back savings. You are eligible to earn a maximum of $1,000 in Cash Back every 12-month membership period from Everyday Savings and MarketPlace purchases combined.

5% Cash Back at Travel Retailers

As a The Pyramid Collection Rewards member, you receive 5% Cash Back on flight, hotel, rental car, and other travel reservations made through your The Pyramid Collection Rewards account.

 This 5% is based on the total cost of your reservation before taxes, fees, and other additional charges are included. 5% Cash Back on travel reservations is paid out after your trip is complete and payment has been processed by the merchant you booked with. Then, your earnings will be applied to your Savings and included in your next check.

To earn 5% Cash Back on your travel reservations, visit the “Travel & Vacations” category on your MarketPlace page and click any travel merchant listed. Then, click through the links to visit the merchant’s website and make your reservation in the new browser tab that opens. 

For travel reservations made at a merchant outside the program’s online MarketPlace, simply submit your proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 5% Cash Back.

Gasoline purchases are not eligible for 5% Cash Back. 

Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates

You can claim unlimited standard Shipping rebates and Return Shipping rebates up to $10 on purchases from Platinum Brands. You can also claim shipping and return shipping rebates of up to $10 per purchase from MarketPlace retailers. You're eligible for a total of $500 in shipping rebates and $500 in return shipping rebates on MarketPlace purchases every 12-month membership period. Simply submit a rebate claim with valid proof-of-purchase documentation to receive Shipping rebates and Return Shipping rebates. Visit the Rebates page to submit a claim online or fill out a claim and mail your proof-of-purchase documentation.

Savings

All your Savings from The Pyramid Collection Rewards will appear on your Savings page, whether you shop at our Platinum Brands or MarketPlace retailers. To visit your Savings page, sign into your member account online and click “Savings” on your main menu. When your purchase ships, your automatic Cash Back earnings will appear on your Savings page within approximately 5-7 days.

All rebate claims must be submitted within 90 days of your purchase. Once we receive your mailed proof-of-purchase documentation, we'll review your claim. Once your claim is approved, we'll add your rebate to your Savings. This may take up to 2-4 weeks from submission to show in your Savings. We will issue weekly checks for the amount in your Savings.

You can also check up on your Savings and the status of your claims by calling Customer Service at 833-541-3702.

If you decide to cancel your membership, you'll still have access to your benefits until the end of your monthly term. After you cancel, you'll receive a check for the remaining balance stated in your Savings.
